    Provide employees access to face masks and hand sanitizer. Communicate and update employees on CDC recommendations. Give information to employees regarding free covid test and vaccination access. Require vaccinations and booster shots as recommended by the CDC. Social distance in all common areas.

    Exposed employees must be excluded from work for at least five days after the last known close contact. Exclusion can end and exposed employees may return to the workplace after day 5 if symptoms are not present and a diagnostic specimen collected on day 5 or later tests negative.

    The best course of action is to use an objective criterion such as seniority, productivity or sales numbers. Using an objective criterion will reduce the likelihood of you getting sued.
